Knackered mum of three through adoption; teacher and sub standard wife. Passionate about helping to build empathy for neuro-diversity. All views my own.
We live in a country where a rapist or murderer can sit there with a defence lawyer and give a no comment interview whilst smirking at police and the victim is questioned about their fucking knickers, tinder acct & childhood for 6 hours with no lawyer.

In Iceland, knitting is part of the curriculum.
In Chile, children have 3 months break.
In Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, Sweden - children start school at 7.
Do we put too much pressure on our children?🤔

Here is highly respected academic @BDPerry asking us politely to stop misusing that brain scan image. It’s from his work.

@RJackson2013@Thinkingschool2 Totally agree Ruth but culturally, that is something that we still feel the need to explain, justify or fight for. The government doesn’t care about it or we’d not have the dictates we receive currently. Kids are being hot housed
