Responsible sharing on EU Startup Scene
I brought the Italian early stage startup community on telegram, link below. 10+yrs in Startup, ex-Founder โท๏ธ๐๐จโ๐ป
Eric Ries (@ericries) is the author of The Lean Startup, the NYT bestseller that became a playbook for a generation of founders. He's also the founder of the Long-Term Stock Exchange and has a new book out called Incorruptible: Why Good Companies Go Bad and How Great Companies Stay Great.
In this episode of Main Function, Eric sat down with YC's @garrytan to talk about why so many founders lose control of the companies they build, and what they can do to stop it.

So proud of my students/founders
IโM FULLY BROKEN
3 months ago I left my job in Berlin and moved to SF to build again.
I started working on an AI sales agent. Then I pivoted into a marketplace where people can pay to book calls with experienced people.
250 users in 2 weeks but zero revenue.
So I decided to shut everything down.
And I also realized that I donโt want to build alone. I need a great cofounder next to me. Right now I donโt have that person, and I donโt want to force random ideas just for the sake of โbuildingโ.
So I decided to join an early stage startup in SF where I can have impact.
Chief of Staff.

Below you can find my bank account screenshot.
No other accounts.
No money from parents.
@JaySahnan Mmmm yes and no. Starting and working at a startup is really different.
Validation process is a process that startup employees donโt really see and they will need to know if they want to start their own.
If they canโt do this bit, the following one is useless
Damn it. Someone today messaged me just using AI to type all her messages.
We were having a normal convo. She was genuinely thinking AI will increase her chance of me giving her feedback.
She was like: AI helps me write better.
I blocked her .
@hamptonism Super cool, if you want , i have opened and built a 4K Italian startup people community on telegram I can invite you ๐ฌ๐ค if you wanna share the link to the hackathon and else
