Climate change is wreaking havoc, we’re still in a global pandemic, but somehow the fight @TPINNetwork is choosing to take on is with its own employees…
The Public Interest Network's recent behavior, including the retaliatory discharge of union leaders, earned coverage in The Guardian.
We'll say it again: we shouldn't chase away staff who want to do the critical work of organizing for the public interest.

As an alumni of TPIN I think it’s well past time @TPINNetwork helps make the workplace one where people can thrive and stay for the long haul. I loved the work I did and wish that TPIN showed its love back to people like me.

BARGAINING UPDATE: @TPINNetwork is fighting to continue forcing staff share beds at trainings and other events #OnePersonOneBed. They rejected our most recent proposals to reform this out-of-touch policy.

I worked for TPIN and I can hardly express how exciting and overdue this moment is. TPIN’s organizers and staffers do incredible work and they deserve a fair and living wage. THAT is how you build a lasting movement and don’t burn out promising young activists.

I get it @WholeFoods -- breakups can be tough. But it’s time to finally tell single-use #plastic packaging that “the planet is just super important to me right now.”
