"அவன் காதல் பண்ணிட்டான்..." அதனால் "வாங்க மாப்பிள்ளை" என்று வீட்டுக்கு அழைத்து, பெண்ணையும் கொடுத்து, படுக்கப் பாயும் கொடுக்க வேண்டுமாம்...

இதுதான் இன்றைய "சமூகநீதி"யா?

ஆனால் நிஜத்தில் என்ன நடக்கிறது?

16 வயது பள்ளி மாணவி... 18 வயதுக்கு மேல் இருக்கும் என நினைத்தேன் என்று கூறியதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாகும் நிலையில், காதல் என்ற பெயரில் ஏமாற்றப்பட்டு, இறுதியில் உயிரிழக்கும் சோகம்.

கஞ்சா உள்ளிட்ட போதைப்பொருட்கள் இளைஞர்களின் வாழ்க்கையை சீரழிக்கின்றன. சிறார் பாதுகாப்பு கேள்விக்குறியாகிறது. பெற்றோர்களின் நம்பிக்கை சிதைகிறது. ஒரு தலைமுறையின் எதிர்காலமே ஆபத்தில் தள்ளப்படுகிறது.

குழந்தைகளை பாதுகாப்பது அரசின் முதல் பொறுப்பு. போதைப்பொருள் வியாபாரிகளுக்கும், சிறார்களை சுரண்டும் குற்றவாளிகளுக்கும், அவர்களை நியாயப்படுத்தும் மனநிலைக்கும் தமிழகம் ஒருபோதும் இடமளிக்கக்கூடாது.

உண்மையான சமூகநீதி என்பது... சிறார் பாதுகாப்பு. பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பு. போதைப்பொருள் இல்லாத தமிழகம். பாதுகாப்பான எதிர்காலம்.

இளைஞர்கள், பெண்கள், பொதுமக்கள், சமூக அக்கறை கொண்ட அனைவரும் We The Leaders இயக்கத்தில் இணைந்து மாற்றத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாகுங்கள்.

In the 1st list of 214 Temples for which Trustee Application notification was made two weeks ago, Sri Parthasarati Temple, Tiruvallikeni, Chennai was not in the said list. This is in spite of the Government giving an undertaking before Hon'ble Division Bench of Madras High Court on 29.05.2026, in a PIL filed by me, that they will appoint trustees for the temple ASAP .

They have now released a 2nd list in which Sri Parthasarati Temple' s name figures.

Now - a serious request to Thenkalai Srivaishanavas of Tiruvallikeni - that is to those Srivaishnavas, who are truly interested in the WELFARE of Sri Parthasarati Temple - in protecting the temple's traditions and its very valuable properties - in realizing more than Rs. 100 Crores due to the temple - consider the following:

1. This temple is indubitably a Thenkalai Srivaishnava Denominational Temple - no one can dispute this - least of all, the @tnhrcedept which is squatting illegally in this temple for several decades

2. As per Scheme framed by a Full Bench of the Madras High Court vide C.S. No. 527 of 1924 there should be three trustees for this temple from the residents of Triplicane (1) one Thenkalai Srivaishnava Brahmin
(2) one Thenkalai Srivaishnava Arya Vysya Chetty and (3) one Thenkalai Srivaishnava who is neither a Brahmin nor a Arya Vysya Chetty.

3. The scheme modified by @tnhrcedept in the 1960s is a fraud on the Statute. By introducing an Executive Officer for which the Deputy Commissioner has no powers under the Act including Section 64, the scheme, at once, becomes void.

4. As true Thenkalai Srivaishnavites of Triplicane - you should insist on Trustee appointments as per High Court order rendered in C.S. No. 527 of 1924 - It is your fundamental Denominational Right. Ensure that Sri Parthasarati Temple is administered as it was on 15th August 1947 - as a Thenkalai Denominational Temple! As a denomination, your rights are protected by the Places of Worship Act, 1991 -
a Central Act which overrides TN HR&CE Act, 1959.

Make a move ! Save your temple from the Government and the non-Sampradayas. !
