Dr. Stella Immanuel: DON’T HAVE SEX WITH THE DEMONS IN YOUR DREAMS TO AVOID GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASE
@KeepCancrClassy 2nd time / “Dont worry it’s nothing” after 4 months of pain. How are you doing post op Sara?” doc shyly, “a lot fucking better when you tell me exactly what cancer specialism what senior nurst - oh sorry dr - has chosen as a career. Dr, we know the other nurse trick.
@KeepCancrClassy In the UK (in my experience) if you go to see a surgeon post-op and there’s another person there, senior (usually female) Specialist Nurse. Then you’re gonna need your winf man too. 1st time early on - DVID Stage WalkinthePark. With Husband, notebook etc.
@TeaLady24 I always blame whoever’s not in the room. Have dog & husband to choose from but a cat will work equally well (slightly smaller dip though).

@kate_petrides 6!wks too. It hurts SO much. 1 of my nurses compares it to v v severe sun burn. Udderly Smooth Cream is great (evil Amazon) and lots of heavy moisturiser while you wait. Oh & pain meds. This doesn’t mess about.
@kkasonic I learnt REALLY early NEVER be interesting to an oncologist / specialist nurse. “Oooh that’s unusual” is not what you want to hear: breast - gall bladder - navel - (yay belly button cancer !) - liver - HR2+ to 3neg. Never heard of going to soft tissue Karen :-(. Fuck Cancer. X
@ogcancerpatient Regular doses of Cyclizine. And a herbal “sniff stick” from the magic complimentary health ladies - never had Ativan - is it called something else in UK ?
