Thank you to @BiotechTVHQ for spending some time in Houston with me and @jbbock at CTMC to talk about how we're bringing our CAR-T with best in class potential to more patients with T cell lymphoma
Series A is open for those interested in joining a clinical-stage story

@eperlste Way to recognize the biggest name to boost your profile instead of the leads of this spectacular project, Drs. Ahrens-Nicklas, Musunuru, and Grandinette.
@eperlste Well if you publish it on your own substack it must be true. After all, the peer review process is a racket with all those highly trained scientists donating their knowledge for free, amiright?
IL15 increases the expansion of CAR T cells and induces antitumor responses in patients with GPC3+ solid tumors (i.e. liver cancer).

When a $350B+ pharma invites you to their event at World ADC, you know you’re doing something right!
With our financing done (PR soon), we’re excited to keep building and derisking our platform.
Go, @CrossBridgeBio! Look forward to connecting with future collaborators!
I am voting for Kamala, and I hope you will vote with me
Vote for somebody who loves the country and is looking to build a brighter future for all of us. Who respects women, immigrants, and all the people of this country.
Vote against Trump. Fascist. Senile. Weak. Let's move on
.@Eminem: I don't think anyone wants an America where people are worried about retribution of what people will do if you make your opinion known. I think Vice President Harris supports a future for this country where these freedoms and many others will be protected and upheld
Will be interesting to see the results. The side effects of high dose lymphodepletion are under discussed, and despite this nobody has (yet) cracked the code on durability.
Versus just making autologous cheaper and faster, which so far is working industry wide
Patients like Melissa are why we do what we do.
It's a privilege to get to participate in moving this forward to Phase 2 studies to reach even more patients with T-cell lymphoma
Thank you to the @HoustonChron and @evanmac3 for highlighting this work

How did nobody tell me Disney had added back the full length version of Muppet Christmas Carol, but it's buried under "extras"?
Best. Christmas. Present.
