@JCP_L An elderly person mails you a physical check and you send a letter about "account not found"? You processed incorrectly and did not provide the check back as you are supposed to. And can't get a person on the phone. Your 3rd party messed up bad.
@AmazonHelp Got an erroneous email from you saying items "hidden for privacy" and incorrect prices. CS was no help and ended the chat without permission. Is this how Amazon works now??

@VerizonSupport Can't make any cell calls. It's a YOU issue. The old "All Circuits Are Busy" routine. Yet you have nothing listed on YOUR site of network issues. Can't receive calls either. And no, not a bill issue, I have a credit balance.
@OptimumHelp@iconsultyouonp2 And Optimum increased they carrying rates while not decreasing our rates. We have continually lost programming while paying more and their board and executives getting raises. They also provide worse customer service.

@OptimumHelp Where are credits to customers accounts for MSG and WPIX removals? Has the portions of our bills for these been handled correctly to provide interest to your customers? You are collecting money on something you are not providing.
@OptimumHelp Sure, Deb. Bills went from $200 in 2016 to $400 in 2025 with less channels, poor customer service (AI chats are abysmal, and off shore reps don't know the products). So what am I paying for exactly?
@OptimumHelp Be honest with your customers. Many signed up for @fuboTV only to now have those rates increase by $25. Canceled Fubo, and Optimum is losing another customer.
