My staff absence insurance per year = approx the cost of one TA. Has anyone employed a TA to cover internally AYR rather than buying an insurance policy? What would be the pitfalls to this?

Sometimes it's too easy just to carry on with an old system, just because you know it 👍 Dev Plan coming up!
