@mrs_crimboSBM @SBLconnect My SLT have just decided to try and instigate Protected Time each week for us. Window blinds down, phones on DND and unless we're needed in a DSL capacity, then no interruptions allowed! I simply cannot wait.
My staff absence insurance per year = approx the cost of one TA. Has anyone employed a TA to cover internally AYR rather than buying an insurance policy? What would be the pitfalls to this?
@sbm_jo Thanks for the comment, yes I'm wrestling with the pros and cons at the mo - one TA all year or a load a extras that our staff rarely use. More analysis required!
@oohsuzanna@SBLconnect This is a fab idea. I'm the only one in the office, but taking time for a good introspective look at my daily tasks would, I'm sure, highlight some areas for improvement. Sometimes it's too easy just to carry on with an old system, just because you know it π Dev Plan coming up!
