Obsession makes you dangerous, it can also make you blind to the warning signs. Something I have learnt throughout the years. It’s OK to be obsessed but be aware of what’s going on outside of your obsession. It might save you from making a 7 figure mistake. Thats a hard to pill to swallow.

Take time each day of being present and being grateful for where you’re at. There’s a lot of people that tried to do what you do but failed at it. So if you’re still standing, sometimes it is just a little luck involved.

People can do all the right stuff, be at the right place and time and still it collapses on them. So just have a little gratitude if you’re still standing and growing.

I’ve been quiet the last couple weeks because it’s the end of the year in our businesses but wanted to share an update on the investment portfolio.

I made a little over $14,000 this year in dividends. But I lost -$24,000 because I held $msty. I took the loss for tax purposes since it’s through one of our LLC.

For 2026 I won’t pick single stock etf. I’m going heavy into $jepq, $O, $spyi. I’ll probably add more stable/lower yield plays.

I also have 43k into $week. It’s been a nice place to keep settled cash.

Don’t chase high yield. Now I’m keeping it between 9% to 15% for sustainability.
