@TELUSsupport Hello! We cancelled our account (had to do it several times as no one processed it) and we were STILL billed. We finally got credited but the credit is on the account and not refunded back to my credit card. Pls help. Your call times are over 1hr.

They also based it on previous sales of items she's been apart of.
@BestBuyCanada I ordered an item on Nov 22 that should have been shipped and rec'd by me now. A shipping label was created on Nov 24 and the item hasn't moved. I've followed up numerous times via phone and email with no actual answer and promises that head office will respond.

@bigstarsandwich Is the meat in a pulled turkey sandwich supposed to be warm or cold? Had the #2 tonight at the Langley location and it was just ok. Heard amazing reviews but it was meh. Maybe cause it's new or because the meat was cold?
