Car marooned in floodwater 200 miles from home 27/12. Recovered to nearby recovery yard 28/12. Informed by @AdmiralUK car would be transported to local repair centre to assess. 11 days on, car still in recovery yard 200 miles north. No car, no progress, woeful customer service 😡
