@tescomobile So mum phoned earlier today and yet again a pint blank refusal to read out over the phone. Looks like mum will need to leave the number behind. Dreadful customer services guys really bad.

@tescomobile my mum phoned today to get the PAC for a phone she has given to my brother in hospital (she is the account holder). It was texted despite my mum pleading for it to be read out over the phone. My brother isn't in a state to pass on PAC to mum can you fix?

@tescomobile Ok understood i think some training is needed of some of your staff. My mum was literally begging and they kept saying they have to read the text. She's phoned twice and got the same response from 2 different people.

@tescomobile She's tried and they won't give her it verbally on the phone. She was in tears. If she phones back the same thing will happen. What needs to happen allow her to write down the PAC over the phone please?

@LidlGB I've tried to return a faulty parkside item to store after 15 months and the store manager redirected me to your phone line. The automated phone line is then directing me to a person where there are none with no further options. Is the 3 year warranty real?

@MotorFuelGroup the VAT receipt system isn't working and I've emailed to try and get the receipt and there is no answer. I can't take to anyone about it as your systems don't allow this. I need the receipt to claim back an EV charge from a retailer how do I do this?

@OctopusElectro hi just charged at Tweed Pl PH1 1TJ and it seems you get charged per kw AND by time. This isn't clear and something I've never encountered before. The charger quotes 29p kW and then 40p minute it seems.feel like I've been ripped off. Can this be made clearer.

@currys To confirm I don't require the gift card back.. I'll use this experience for future consideration when purchasing from Currys. I just feel the price match process is constructed to be purposely convoluted.

@currys got price match and was given a code over chat not realising there was no way to recover once chat window closed. Asked today to recover code to be told I can't, given new code then told I need to wait another day to use it. Really? No other way? I'm looking to order now.

@currys A 3.49 gift card is useless and it's disappointing that you believe this is a satisfactory conclusion. I redeemed a full shop4all gift card after I was given assurance over the price match process then this morphed into a buy then reclaim which had now resulted in this position.

@currys Ok thanks but it makes no sense to refund a small amount to a card that has been completely used?

@currys I've had price match honoured but for some reason I've had most of the refund processed via a gift card which was the choice of whomever processed the refund. Used gift card and added funds to complete purchase... Hence why I requested code up front so this would not happen

@currys Thanks. Just purchased on promise to match, including redeeming a separate gift card that I can't now use anywhere else only to find that you will not honour the price match giving an excuse around free shipping, despite marching a competitor that includes free shipping anyway.
