@VerisureUK as a new business customer we installed @ArloSmartHome cameras alongside your alarm within our property. We have complained since installation that they have only worked sporadically. Can someone senior get back to us about how you’re going to resolve our problems ?
My simple plumbing problem, outstanding since Sept. I thought my @BritishGas@BritishGasHelp Homecare contract would resolve matters. Their subsidiary Dyno - deal with plumbing, have been terrible. Why can’t BritishGas deal with this internally & get back to me with a solution ?
Had terrible service from @BritishGas@BritishGasHelp Homecare. Was having plumbing problem overnight Tuesday. At 7am was told a plumber was due shortly and they failed to turn up yesterday by 6pm. They now want me to “rebook”. Is Homecare worth getting?

@sizehelpteam you need to sort your courier Hermes @Hermesparcels out. They left my trainers on the street outside of my property tho I have a secure porch !! Would be super easy to steal a box left on the street !!
@McDonalds@McDonaldsUK the delivery driver was so rude and refused to help by moving the truck just 6 ft so we could get out. Even when the store Mgr asked.This is a reoccurring problem affecting several businesses that use this private car park. #nocompromise#CustomerService

@nationalexpress No they didn’t. The customer service office said it would be 1hr as there are problems with the service but the attendant said 10mins. Which is it ? As I’m typing a coach has turned up. Can’t say my @nationalexpress experience has been something I want to repeat #missedflight
@nationalexpress what’s happening at Golders Green station. Been waiting for coach to Luton Airport and the driver leaves early !!! It’s supposed to leave at 15:01 not 14:50. Attendant at the station was just unhelpful #why#CustomerService
@nationalexpress Staff confirmed it DID leave early. There’s other passengers in the same situation. Another passager said this happened at Golders Green before. What are your staff doing to improve our customer experience?
