@NetatmoSupport my Netatmo Welcome camera which has stopped working. It seems to be that the power cable has stopped working. I have plenty of other usb plugs with usb cables which will turn the camera on but not show a picture.

How can I fix this please?

@EinhellUK I’m looking for a waterbutt pump but can’t see anywhere if they need to be removed after use. My intention is having a permanent installation. Will the GE-SP 3546 RB be suitable for this?

@Screwfix I purchased 3 @Lucecogroup FType units in Feb 2023 and they have started playing up. You can see the second light takes a few seconds to turn on but the first light has also started to slow down. This only happens when ‘cold’.

Can you help please?

@ring both my batteries has been charging over night but both are showing as 9%. Last time I had this I had to completely uninstall and reinstall. Not exactly user friendly. Can you assist in why this is doing this.

@Victorianplumb So the initial delivery has gone missing with DPD but I seem to be getting the blame as I have told DPD to place it in my safe place but no delivery has been made. Web chat is a farce and I keep getting kicked out of the convo. Can someone on here please help!!!

@SmartThingsBeat I did think of that. I used that a few years ago but had issues. I’ll give it a go again as I have had my hand forced. 🤦‍♂️ Another nail in the coffin for SmartThings in my opinion.

@BathroomMUK Is it possible to order extra brackets with a vertical radiator? I have a stud wall with a strut central to the position of the RAF so would require 6 brackets rather then the 4 provided.

@tweethue this specific dimmer switch seems to eat batteries for fun. We’ve swapped locations to make sure it wasn’t an over use issue but that hasn’t helped. Any ideas?
