You claim that you read a lot of crypto news every day. Even if you read more than just the headline you should go to the source and validate that the news is not out of context. Especially for Cardano news fact checking is mandatory. Most of the "obvious" things you suggested already happened for Cardano. USDCx is live on Cardano. In simple words that is the privacy supporting version of USDC.
