@mv010101@CatherineAldrid@TIncident51796@TitosKarenRead Chloe was allegedly rehomed in another state. While we’re on the topic of matching bite wounds, why were no taillight fragments matched to any of the wounds? They only had 37 wounds and 47 fragments, and they couldn’t come up with 1.
@mv010101@CatherineAldrid@TIncident51796@TitosKarenRead Dog bites won’t break skin if there is clothing involved. I know this from personal experience. Those are dog bites and not caused by an attack taillight that defied the laws of physics.
@NvrEnoughSpace@LawNerdAmber@BoozeyBeauty Well one side has hard science founded on over 500 years of direct observation and mathematical formulas, and on the other we have blue paint.
@trishdish0202@BoozeyBeauty Insurance company has data that even the prosecutors don’t have. A detailed record for all auto liability claims paid out (which includes sealed settlements). It wouldn’t surprise me if they didn’t run this case by the fraud detection unit.
@Owendog997@TheChauffeurX@AnEagleEyedGirl It’s amazing how every fragment of the demolished TL (red dustcover, diffuser and black plastic) were found on the lawn. One would expect at least some would be still on the street, since glass fragments were found there that matched either the glass in his hand or on the bumper.
@Tommygun7777@AnEagleEyedGirl All I know is whatever university gave “Blue Man” Welcher a Ph.D. in a hard science discipline should be investigated and possibly have the accreditation pulled.
@anova22@DonutsBaga The FEDs never looked at his phone. Instead, they subpoenaed Apple for his personal iCloud account. Which was why he was caught off guard when the federal grand jury started questioning him about those texts, that he would later read aloud in the 1st Karen Read trial.
@krazykrisblnt @carriecherry75 Do you drive? Ever throttle 75% in reverse for over 85 feet? To make things even more interesting, do it while drunk. See if you don’t end up driving on someone’s lawn. There’s a reason why it’s illegal to operate a vehicle over a certain BAC. It’s because you are impaired.
@wpoupore@FrankMadden4004@BoozeyBeauty @Marbury_v_Mad I wonder how many of these trolls are on the Commonwealth's payroll?
This case is upside down too. Anyone know of another case where the FBI/DOJ investigated a state’s criminal case *before* massive public outcry? They usually help in the investigation.
@LongPeace69@bishalot@glamma70733@CommishOrcabot@BostonDefender FBI agreed so much they hired ARCCA to look at the “accident”, who after applying hard science found there was no accident. Who knows? Maybe the FBI found it odd that the investigators corrupted the data from the factory installed GPS system that would have placed her car there.
@brooklyn47361@KYMaverick1 The ironic part is it was his own filing for clarification on the extraction/search order that led to all this extra material being found.
@JeffWhampton@jerrysghost614@Bederowlaw Wouldn’t surprise me that he put all that back on his new phone after it was clear the FBI raiding his iCloud account died down and didn’t prevent him from trying to get reinstated. Creature of habit never changes.
@dinamarie78@legalbytesmedia Can’t be of him because he was a participant of the text chain. I highly doubt they involve his wife or the ADA wouldn’t make such a big deal out of it.
