@easyJet what kind staff you had on your 19:50 flight from LTN to GLA last night. I heard one of your cabin crew explaining things to (I can only assume) a newer member of staff. I didn’t catch her name but she was working at the back of the plane. She was so nice and patient.
Any chance of a staff member answering my call today @ee? Sent a dm yesterday as well. 90 mins on the phone yesterday to be told to call back and dim currently on hold again. There is only so long I can deal with these on hold tunes. Can someone help @ee???
@TheJosty @EE You’d think they’d use the info they have to work out how many people are likely to call for an upgrade and test the system for this? But I agree - call handlers doing a great job!
Don’t you just love being on hold to @ee for an hour and a half to be told the systems are down and while they can see your order or can’t be finally processed? Fair play to all the call handlers - none of this is their fault. But surely @ee stress tested the system? #ee#Iphone
@Neil_Smyth @EE The systems are down. I was on the phone for 90 mins to be told to call back later as they can see my order but it can’t be pushed through as the system isn’t working
