I am requesting a full refund for my Lovable credits purchased 8-11-25.

Over the past 6 days, I've used an entire month's worth of credits trying to build a functional website. Despite multiple attempts and following all suggestions, the generated code:

- Contains TypeScript errors that prevent deployment
- Has broken CSS causing duplicate navigation and mobile issues
- Fails to build properly despite multiple "fixes"
- Has wasted 6+ days with no working result

I've burned through [X] credits with zero functional output. This is unacceptable for a paid service.

I request either:
1. Full refund of my recent credit purchase
2. Free month of credits to start over properly

Hi Mercedes Team,

I’m reaching out publicly because I’m experiencing a major structural and safety issue with my Mercedes Sprinter 144 4x4 van, sold as a Winnebago Revel, and I’ve been unable to get proper resolution through normal channels.

The van was purchased brand new just over a year ago and currently has only 14,000 miles. Every single body panel—including all doors, side panels, and the roof—is rattling due to complete glue failure from the factory. The sheet metal has fully separated from the inner structure and is now loose throughout the entire van. The sliding door the rear doors are separated by over an inch. The driver side of the sprinter is separated in some spots by 2 inches.

This defect is not minor. It compromises the safety, structure, and value of the van. I’ve spent thousands trying to diagnose it under the belief it was caused by suspension or aftermarket installs—only to learn that it’s the factory glue that has failed. In my view, this renders the van totaled.

To properly repair this, the full custom interior will need to be disassembled and rebuilt—cabinets, wiring, insulation, everything. I am a retired firefighter with over 30 years of service, and this is not something I should be dealing with after spending over $200,000 on a supposedly premium van.

Here’s what I am requesting immediately:
•A direct contact from someone at Mercedes-Benz who can address this.
•A full buyback or replacement with a new 2025 Winnebago Revel.
•Reimbursement for out-of-pocket diagnostic costs already spent.

If I don’t hear back soon, I will be filing a formal safety complaint with NHTSA and begin the process of exploring legal action, including a class action lawsuit.
