🚨 10 SEPTEMBER — A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR J&K YOUTH!
The upcoming Cabinet Meeting is a crucial opportunity to REMOVE THE QUALIFICATION BAR from JKSSB MTS recruitment and ensure that highly educated candidates are not excluded from government jobs.
Students are currently busy preparing for JKPSI, FAA & Constable exams, so this issue needs your attention NOW.
Hon’ble @OmarAbdullah@Surinderch55@sakinaitoo@JavedDar_NC@JavedRanaa@satishsharmajnk@nasirsogami@JKSTUDENTSASSO@NasirKhuehami
Hon’ble Ministers, please consider the genuine concerns of thousands of unemployed youth and remove the qualification bar.
These opportunities are limited. If we remain silent today, we may regret it tomorrow.

Requesting Hon'ble CM @OmarAbdullah:
🔹 Amend S.O. 184 (2020) & S.O. 132 (2022) to remove the max qualification cap for MTS/Class-IV posts, just like Ladakh did.
🔹 Release the promised 7,000+ MTS vacancies immediately.
Give equal opportunity to educated youth!

🚨 A HUMBLE BUT URGENT APPEAL TO EVERY J&K MLA
@SMAltafBukhari@jkpdP@IltijaMufti_@MehboobaMufti@parawahid@Office_ASRM@MehrajMalikAAP@MirMohdFayaz@FayazMiroffice@Sunil_SharmaBJP@RavinderRaina@sajadlone@manojsinha_@iamsatsharmaca@BJP4JnK
Please don’t stay silent when J&K’s educated youth are being denied an opportunity to compete.
The current JKSSB MTS qualification criteria reportedly create an absurd situation:
📌 10th pass — ELIGIBLE
📌 Graduate — INELIGIBLE
📌 Postgraduate — INELIGIBLE
📌 PhD — INELIGIBLE
How can higher education become a disqualification for a government job?
We are not asking for favour, relaxation or reservation. We are asking for a fair chance.
To the elected representatives of J&K: this is the moment to speak for our students, graduates and unemployed youth.
👉 REMOVE THE MAXIMUM QUALIFICATION BAR.
👉 LET MERIT DECIDE.
👉 LET EVERY ELIGIBLE ASPIRANT COMPETE.
An educated youth should never be punished for studying further.
MLAs of J&K, please raise your voice. Don’t let our youth fight this battle alone.

Respected CM @OmarAbdullah sb, an earnest appeal on behalf of J&K youth: please remove the upper qualification bar (10+2) for MTS / Class-IV posts. Like central SSC, other states, and recently Ladakh, graduates should be eligible to compete on merit.
#RemoveBar#OmarAbdullah
#MTSJKSSB#REMOVEQUALIFICATIONBAR#GRADUATES
Allow graduates in MTS posts like in rest of states and UTs
Higher education aspirants are forced to sell fruits and popcorns on roads
It's injustice
J&K CM @OmarAbdullah Sb, why are you forcing us to come onto the streets, sir?
@JKNC_ came to power promising 1 lakh jobs in 180 days, but instead, highly qualified candidates are being excluded from the #JKSSB #MTSRecruitment.
We seek justice, not excuses. Please intervene and ensure that eligible, higher-qualified candidates are not unfairly denied an opportunity.
#JKSSB #MTS #1LakhJobs
MTS posts are for employment, not exclusion.
If graduates are willing to compete, let merit decide. Remove the 10+2 cap and give educated youth a fair chance.
Our youth need jobs, not barriers.
#MTS#JKSSB#EqualOpportunity@OmarAbdullah@RuhullahMehdi@BJP4JnK
Where will overaging well qualified students go, neither are they provided jobs, nor allowed to apply for MTS Posts. Either age limits be removed for all posts even of they get 1 year of sevive. Or such qualification restriction be removed.
@OmarAbdullah
Jnb CM @OmarAbdullah sb Why are you forcing us to come on the road, sir?
@JKNC_ was supposed to provide 1 lakh jobs in 180 days to come to power, but instead, they excluded Candidates with higher education qualifications from #JKSSB#MTSRecruitment.
MTS posts are for employment, not for punishing educated youth
Once again, the Government has kept the maximum qualification for MTS posts at 10+2. The question is simple: Where will our graduates and post-graduates go?
Is their crime that they studied more?
A young person who has spent years earning a graduation or post-graduation degree is being told that he/she is “overqualified” to even apply for an MTS post. At the same time, the Government is neither providing enough employment opportunities nor creating a pathway for these educated unemployed youth.
They are forced to set up a rehri, Do daily-wage labour, Leave their degrees at home and struggle for survival.
If a graduate or post-graduate is willing to compete for an MTS post, why should the Government stop them from applying? Let merit and competition decide who gets selected.
The Government must immediately reconsider this arbitrary maximum qualification and allow all eligible educated youth to apply.
Our youth don't need lectures. They need opportunities. Enough of excluding educated youth from government jobs!
@OmarAbdullah
🚨JKSSB MTS aspirants need ur support!
Graduates, PGs & PhD holders should not be disqualified from MTS posts simply for being highly educated
We appeal to national parties & the Supreme Court to take note of this issue.

Cheif Minister @OmarAbdullah Ji bas iss bat ka jawab Press conference kr aaj kal mein Zarur dein k J&K mein #Berozgari se guzar rhe unn Yuvaoun ka kya kasoor jo Zyada Pad Likh gye Jo Advantage Disadvantage nhi apne unko form barne layak nhi shouda kyoun.
A 12th pass has ample job opportunities in Kashmir, wyl a graduate or post graduate is ineligible bcz of being overqualified…So the bottom line is don’t study beyond 12th.
This’s actually a killer blow to students with higher degrees.
What r the options for these students then ?
SHAMEFUL: JKSSB MTS Adv 09/2026 bars Graduates & PGs Too Qualified to apply. In J&K where unemployment is 30%, you are telling youth their degrees are a crime. Education should not be punished. Remove this 12th-only bar immediately. Let MERIT decide, not this Tughlaqi rule
