I had booked few tickets(for family members) via Cleartrip and goibibo with @HDFCBank_Cares smartbuy portal. Unfortunately we had to cancel because of the Pahalgam attack. @airindia flightCancellation charges are 4500 in @GoIbibo vs 9000 in @cleartrip. Same date,same flight.1/2

@airindia Thanks , just to clear the doubt. As per @Cleartrip 8400 is cancellation charges by the airline and not their platform cancellation charges. Mentioned clearly in the tweet. How can airline have different cancellation charges for the same class of ticket?

Not worth taking the risk. It's better to port to reliable ones. This is my 4th non-claim year with them. Remember it's a premium policy with 40k+ as a premium.. if they are treating a loyal customer imagine if something happens in the initial years.. #poor #pathetic 2/2

Worst experience with @Future_Generali . Team never responded till 3rd level escalation. Now they have come back asking for more documents after 45 days of submitting for a claim. 30 days back someone visited our house for verification and made us speak to their doctor. 1/2
