Issue regarding Lucky Restaurant, Madhapur

Mohammed Mansoor, who is running Lucky Multicuisine Restaurant near Pillar No. 1723, Madhapur, had taken the premises on lease from Ravi, Hari and others. It is learnt that Mansoor has not been paying the rent for the past few months. The primary issue is an owner–tenant dispute relating to payment of rent and the use of the premises.

Due to the rent dispute, Ravi, Hari and others allegedly damaged the approach road/pathway leading to the restaurant and obstructed access to the premises. In this regard, a case was registered against them at Madhapur PS, and the matter is under investigation.

On 03.10.2026 at about 0010 hours, while the Madhapur Patrol Mobile was conducting night patrolling near the Indian Petrol Pump, Mohammed Mansoor, along with his wife and some others, allegedly came onto the road and obstructed the police vehicle. They sat on the road, causing obstruction to traffic and inconvenience to the general public.

They also allegedly obstructed the police personnel while they were discharging their official duties. In connection with this incident, a case was registered at Madhapur PS against Mohammed Mansoor and others. The matter is under investigation, and necessary legal action will be taken as per law.

It is also learnt that the FSSAI licence of Lucky Restaurant was suspended on 26.09.2026 due to food-safety and hygiene deficiencies noticed during inspection.

I am deeply disturbed by the use of AI to create degrading and morphed videos of a woman. Such acts are cruel, shameful and completely unacceptable. I strongly condemn them.

This is not an issue concerning just one individual or one film. Today, it has happened to someone else. Tomorrow, it could happen to you, me or anyone we know. We cannot remain silent simply because it has not affected us personally. Every one of us has a responsibility to stand against this abuse.

Those who create such content and those who deliberately spread or amplify it must be held accountable under the law. This cannot be dismissed as a joke or treated as entertainment.

I will take this matter up with the Telugu Film Chamber, the Producers’ Council and our affiliated industry bodies, and recommend the formation of a dedicated committee and support cell. Working closely with Cyber Crime authorities, this team should support those affected, coordinate efforts to remove such content and pursue legal action against those responsible.

The entire Telugu film fraternity must come together for this effort. Our associations, artists, technicians, audiences and fans all have a role to play. I also urge the Central and State Governments to take strong and effective measures against the misuse of AI for such abuse.

Please do not watch, download, share or circulate these videos, even with the intention of condemning them. Report them to the respective platforms and Cyber Crime authorities instead.

Protecting human dignity is our collective responsibility. Let us stand together, speak up and act.
