First time mapping a Farapulse PFA case with Abbott's new 3.1.1 Contact Index software. Petals 🌺 light up in blue 🩵 when making good contact with tissue and turn gray when floaty. Good adjunct to ICE! Worked well with a local impedance threshold 10-12% above baseline. #EPeeps

First case using #GridX with the 2 new sensors on the tip. Mapped so much faster than regular Grid, due to it being in high confidence 100% of the time, with way less geometry editing. But the best thing is no more having to say "We need more voxels"! 😂 #EPeeps
It was a great privilege to do the 1st global procedure with the new @AbbottCardio Advisor #HDGridX catheter with @DrMatthewHyman at @pennmedicine. The added sensors & v3.1 software enabled faster, accurate modeling & provided a great efficiency enhancement to Ensite VoXel Mode.
Abrupt V3 transition with V2 pattern break, and this time got it from R-L interleaflet triangle (ILT) within seconds. 27 ms pre-QRS. V2 pattern break so likely too close to pLAD from GCV/AIV, so didn’t waste time there. Great mapping @georgecrowell#EPeeps

Atypical Afl with a long narrow channel in a very low voltage area.
EGMs spanning the full TCL were imperceptible on the recording system, but not on Grid with Nearfield-OT.
Frequency based mapping annotates the critical isthmus with almost-perfect accuracy.
Less than a handful of bad points in an 18k point map, voltage cutoffs of 0.1 mV would've hid the majority of this isthmus on the map. The propagation map below has voltage cutoffs of 0.02 mV.
Voltage, however, is still useful in conjunction with frequency mapping. The whole channel lights up with low voltage, high frequency emphasis giving us a discreet target.

Extremely helpful new module in clinical situations w catheter stability is suboptimal and impedance changes are difficult to asses.
