Dog haters have been active since this morning. This video is a slap in the face to anyone who thinks the protest was about dog bites, especially the media, journalists, and certain animal-hating accounts
#WATCH | Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh: Protester who wore a dog mask says, "I did this for justice. We are being defamed, but the real fault lies with the Nagar Nigam. They are committing corruption in our name, corruption in the name of sterilising us. We are being defamed. But we are such loyal animals. They received funds in the name of sterilising us but no sterilisation was done and it led to a rise in our population. People feel that we bite them, but we are not at fault. Earlier, we used to get something to eat, but that doesn't happen anymore. So, we will obviously chase after people. We demand justice from the Collector. Strict action should be taken against those who are siphoning off in our name, those who are defaming us. I know I went viral. I am confident that I will get justice..."

9 MONTHS IN CAPTIVITY — WHY?
What have these innocent community dogs done?
Were they ever proven to have bitten anyone or officially declared aggressive/dangerous?
If there is a lawful basis for 9 months of confinement, show the complaint, medical records

For nearly 2 months, attempts to resolve the issue have reportedly failed. Dr. Nagaraj, Dean, is alleged to be preventing dog feeding despite feeding reportedly being permitted on paper, putting hundreds of community dogs at risk of hunger and potentially increasing conflict.

Blocking access to food for 600+ community dogs can worsen hunger, conflict.
Please investigate Dr. Nagaraj’s conduct, ensure lawful feeding of community dogs, and take strict action against Dr. Nagaraj.
Who will be accountable if dogs go hungry and conflict occurs because feeding is obstructed?

@ndtv Over 100 cases in a single week? Sure, let’s just pull numbers out of thin air for engagement. 🤡 NDTV’s credibility has hit rock bottom. At this point, it’s safer to assume the exact opposite of whatever you guys report. Keep trying! 🛑 #FakeNews#MediaBias
This is Dr Nagaraja, the dean of Hebbal Veterinary college, Bengaluru. He is actually prohibiting feeding of animals in the campus. What kind of vets will come out of this institute under him? Diabolical! Dogs are only good as bodies for dissection?

This isn't law enforcement - it's an abuse of power. A badge is not a license to kick citizens or take the law into your own hands. We demand an immediate investigation and systemic police reforms now. Fire officers who use unauthorized violence. Urgent police reforms needed.
Puppies reportedly struggling for access to food at BPTP Amstoria is an urgent welfare concern. Authorities must ensure community dogs can be fed safely while addressing any genuine violations through lawful investigation.

@gemsofbabus_ Try not eating food continuously for a few days and see if you don’t turn aggressive, agitated and violent. Same happens with dogs. And if you don’t want dogs around. You can buzz off to the moon
Public awareness campaigns regarding animal companion welfare must be matched by field enforcement. The Delhi Police must ensure strict implementation of the IPC/BNS and PCA Act against animal cruelty, while actively protecting registered feeders from unlawful harassment.
My Chithappa used to feed these stray dogs every day.
During his funeral, they came and sat quietly in front of our house. We thought they came for biscuits, but they didn’t even touch them.
They seemed to understand that he was no longer there, and just sat there looking at him in the freezer box.
Animals have a love so pure and innocent. ❤️🐾
May his soul rest in peace! 🙏🏻
