The ESLE to end all ESLEs in resus today - thrombolysed a PE (McConnell +ve echo), inferior STEMI with heart block, hip relocation, status, Major trauma call with unstable c-spine injury - all in 3 hours. Makes it worth it. @ParmyDeol @ChelwestED
