@Uber_Support You’ve been impossible. Calling me from unclear lines, promising to call back at specific times only to call back days later first thing in the morning or the middle of rush hour. You are deliberately avoiding speaking to me to compensate us for the damages from crash you caused

Still having trouble with @Uber_RSA and @Uber_Support who don’t seem to understand that an uber eats rider crashed into our parked car while delivering an order not for us. Not only have they not bothered to even check on the drivers well-being they’re asking us to contact him

An @Uber_RSA driver crashes into us. We share ALL the info including order number with @Uber_Support to compensate us for the damages cause and they refuse to accept he is one of their riders and our dismissing the situation. Appalling!!
