China appears to be readying their "mini-carrier" test vessel, along with other test vessels, for a possible weapons test or training exercise. The vessel had an array of radar reflectors installed across its deck to simulate adversarial vessels.

It's somewhat crazy that Russia's troubled shipbuilding sector has managed to muster the resources to keep construction of the Ivan Rogov going throughout the war in Ukraine. In Russia's current reality there's hardly even a real use for it beyond it being a big floating target.

At least part of the large Russian military convoy appears to have arrived at Bamako Airport, where it looks like personnel (or at least tents to house them) started to arrive since early December in the same timeframe that vehicles were shipped from Murmansk (not from Syria).
