Therefore, they are taking the longer view about using vehicles productively and actively returning their drivers empty to collect loads in N Europe. DSV, DFDS, etc.

@SJMarc7 @SimonDalling @edwinhayward @beneathbluster Simple reason why trucks head back out of the UK is that there are plenty of loads available in NL, BE, FR and the empty running between GB & EU is only a minor cost vs the benefit of no delays. That cost is swiftly recouped once back across.
