@RoyalMail - this is very frustrating. We just had an "attempted delivery" at 10am. Everyone sitting in front room for coffee, loud doorbell. Apparently nobody home is reason?? Have been waiting for it. Paid special delivery. Can't call RM just hangs up? How can I sort it today?

@ThreeUK No data, ok WiFi, no calls, ok voip. But no SMS means I can't recieve 2fa which now pretty much every secure website and bank needs!! Have been offline for SMS for 36 hours and data for days. #2fa #three #majorfail

@POferries just wanted to say thanks! Booked a ferry with lounge. Then changed the time. Didn't realise no lounge. Tel support had me changed on to ferry with lounge and one earlier. Perfect thank you. The lounge staff were all wonderful too. #prideofcanterbury thanks! #poferrys

@British_Airways Hi. If we book a reward flight then cancel. I see points are returned if more than 24hrs before flight (penalties?). Are taxes returned? Nothing on site about taxes in faqs & exec phone just busy & ending call constantly. Just need to know pre booking. Thanks :)
