Jo, I think you should be a little bit more critical to these kinds of claims. Sure, there is some truth in what type of people are attracted to these positions, but also who they choose to employ.

All six are Swedish citizens, and therefore "Swedish". I cannot say who is born in Sweden if that is your definition of "Swedish", but it's probably more than the two you refer to.

Furthermore, there are a lot of people working there. Currently there is a 50/50 split in women/men for permanent staff. 63% woman and 37% men for the temporary staff.

There is no public data of how many are born in Sweden. But sure, you go of skin color if that is what you want to do.

Both sides have agendas, just saying.
