@Elijah_Boyer7 As for the FB I agree it was odd. Assuming it is because everyone has a FB and there are a lot of average FB?
A good FB is still elite with 2K
Given Traject, could also match up the pitcher with their best sequence, but in terms of off-season training that is prob too specific
@Elijah_Boyer7 In my opinion, if I were limited to just three I would pick combos that have good results and usage and split it by handedness:
For same-side hitters, I would focus on:
-SW -> SL
-SL -> SL
-FF -> SW
Opposite:
-FF -> CB
-CB -> CH/SP
-FF -> SL
4) SW sequences are rising in popularity, and the hitters have not adjusted yet. I believe usage will continue to increase and will be incredibly effective until that adjustment is made
5) An increase in SP usage as an effective platoon neutral pitch is on the horizon

3) Understanding why a pitch may not perform well when thrown after another is an important part of the puzzle. Ex: Freddy Peralta, his FF is elite after his CB, but his CH after his FF is bad. Understanding the why behind this can be helpful, and it will differ between pitchers
