Peel Police Seek Suspect After Two Sexual Assaults on Brampton Transit Buses
Peel Regional Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect wanted in connection with two alleged sexual assaults aboard Brampton Transit Züm buses.
Investigators with the Special Victims Unit received reports of two incidents between October 1 and October 15, involving two victims, including a youth. Police believe the incidents are connected and that the same suspect is responsible for both alleged offences.
In both incidents, the suspect allegedly boarded a Route 511C bus at Humber College Terminal between approximately 4:20 p.m. and 5:11 p.m., sat near a victim and engaged in unwanted sexual touching while travelling to Brampton Gateway Terminal at 501 Main Street South.
The suspect is described as a male in his early 20s to early 30s, approximately 5-foot-10 to 5-foot-11, with a thin build, a moustache and a black beard. He has long black hair, possibly worn in a bun.
At the time of the incidents, he was reportedly wearing a black baseball cap, a sage-green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and beige running shoes. He was also carrying a blue Under Armour backpack.
Police have released images of the suspect and are asking anyone who recognizes him, has information about the incidents or may have had contact with him to contact the Special Victims Unit at 905-453-2121, extension 3460.

One year since El Fasher fell to the RSF, the international community has failed to take the necessary actions to address the desperate plight civilians face as the conflict rages. There has been little accountability for abuses in North Darfur.

Don’t be fooled, spacewalks may seem routine, but venturing out into the vacuum of space is very serious business. The entire team will be on high alert to manage the risk, get the tasks done, and keep the crew safe. I’m super excited to see @Astro_Kutryk outside the @Space_Station on his first spacewalk on October 29 with @astro_anil!

No words can prepare you for the pain coming out of Baqing County, Nagchu, Tibet.
Families have lost loved ones, children have died, homes have been reduced to rubble, and survivors are left grieving with almost nothing. One heartbreaking account describes a young man who lost his entire family, while another tells of a mother whose two children died in hospital.
Amid unimaginable suffering, Tibetans are comforting one another, offering prayers, sharing what little they have and donating to help those who have lost everything. This is the strength and humanity of the Tibetan people.
But these families deserve more than sympathy and online prayers. They deserve urgent relief, transparent information and unrestricted access for independent journalists and humanitarian organisations to establish the full scale of this tragedy.
The CCP cannot hide behind slogans about “stability” and “ethnic unity” while Tibetan families mourn, struggle to survive and search for answers. Human lives must come before propaganda.
Tibet’s suffering must not be silenced. The world must look, listen and demand accountability.
