@JagdishFoodZone I bought wafers and sticks from an outlet near sama highway, Vadodara. MRP of the wafer was Rs. 45/- inclusive of all taxes as it read. However, I was charged GST at 5% on the MRP. The same went with manchurian sticks. As per my knowledge, MRP of the product

Includes GST payable on the product and retailers cannot collect extra GST. Here are photos of the wafer and tax invoice. Help me understand if I am wrong and you collected taxes in a rightful manner or should I believe I was charged extra GST which is not legal. @consumerforum_
