@Mr_Malakia @TiltedForever @Pieterjanfrees @UnrealObiJuan@BobPersis@POTUS The issue isn't gun ownership in and of itself. I think people *should* have guns if they can own them responsibly (and the majority of gun owners are responsible). The issue is that guns are in the hands of irresponsible people. What is your proposal to solve this?
@EvilSteveUrkel @jpbrown56@timkaine It's a 2-part problem. Parenting is one, of course (that unfortunately doesn't get resolved overnight)
Easy access to guns is another facet and can be addressed immediately.
@badstoat@danielmkim The cops standing around outside the school where the only action was desperate parents begging them to go in and get the shooter. If law enforcement was scared, think about how the children in that classroom felt seeing their friends shot and killed, knowing they would be next.
My fiance took me to see mewithoutyou last night bc they're his favorite band. Ngl, not really my thing but their opener #TigerJaw fucking killed it y'all. I'm so glad I was introduced to them.
@KarenKilgariff We talk about the low pay & abuse & high stress causing teachers to leave the profession. But Teachers didn't sign up to be killed. To watch babies be murdered. To rehearse barricading their classrooms.
School shootings are just as responsible as low pay for teacher turnover.
@TennesseeKristy @Brian_Amm @caseylynnf10 Several countries have changed their laws on guns. We can, too. It's never too early.

@JBresean @its_daqueen @jromeGarrett @CocoaKinks@TheyHateDuffy Sounds like you need to adjust your dating pool. All the people I've been with split bills 50/50 (unless one is a SAHD/SAHM)
