No hacking happens within the Kenyan banks without involving members of the staff. 90% is always an inside job with a few "experts" outside. Once said that banks don't need armed security personnel nowadays. They need strong antihacking systems. E.g, there are over 300 hacking attempts on M-Pesa every minute. Banks can borrow security from M-Pesa and how Safaricom has outsmarted hackers.
