My ola is faulty since 16th January & in Danapur svc centre I had invested my whole saving in it. Now neither I've money nor scooty. Only tension. It has affected my livelihood also.

I have attached a screen recording of the conversation on x with the customer support team.
When I visited the Tathawade service center and asked about my scooter, I was told something shocking.
The job card had not even been opened.
This means the scooter had been lying in the system for months without repair even starting.
In Feb 2026, after repeated visits and escalation, an employee called someone named Akash and asked him to open the job card.
The job card was opened almost 9 months after submission.
On 11 Dec 2025, during one of my visits to the Tathawade service center, I recorded this video explaining the situation.
The video shows the service area and multiple scooters lying outside while customers were struggling to get updates.
