Preliminary reports indicate:

Residents and local farmers in Debay Telat Gen Woreda, East Gojjam, report that artillery shelling struck civilian areas for five consecutive days, from July 18–22.
According to local accounts, shells landed in villages 20–30 km from Kuy town, including Debre Yesus, Beshme, and parts of Gozamin and Gedemala without active fighting in the area. Witnesses say the attacks hit a Saturday market, farmland, and residential neighborhoods, resulting in civilian deaths, injuries, and damage to homes.
Farmers also reported that on July 22, around 9 a.m., heavy artillery struck homes and farmland, preventing residents from safely carrying out agricultural work.
Abiy Ahmed Ali’s regime in Addis Ababa has struck St. Arsema Monastery, a sacred site for #Ethiopian Orthodox Christians. Many Ethiopians view this as part of a pattern of repression and violence carried out while the government simultaneously hosts what they describe as a “national dialogue” a fake process that excluded major stakeholders, including the Amhara and Tigray communities. What’s more troubling is that the ongoing silence or inaction from the international community, which appears to ignore these atrocities despite repeated warnings from local and diaspora voices.

@Agametay@throwbackEthio How do you know this person is an Amhara? Why are you insulting millions because you disagree with his/her statement? How would you like it if I call you low life agame?
Fano’s operational grip on rural North Shewa was taking shape earlier than many realized. By late 2023 the resistance had used their deep familiarity with the rugged terrain, strong local intelligence networks and defections from the regional paramilitary to push federal troops out of many rural districts.
The regime has been throwing federal police, Oromia Liyu Hayil and even its most elite presidential guards into the fight with no success. This is less than 200 miles from the capital.
This April 2024 video shows commander Meketaw Mamo addressing captured regime soldiers. The scene reflects the localized ambush and encirclement tactics that Fano forces refined in North Shewa to disrupt military movements along key routes toward Addis Ababa. @criticalthreats@NotWoofers
#Amhara pay very close attention to this video!
• The only way @AbiyAhmedAli can be removed from power is via #Amhara only!
• The only way Amhara will be free is via #Amhara only!
Everyone in the Horn of Africa and beyond has worked very hard to destroy our people, identity, legacy, and spirit. We must recognize these patterns of the past and base our present actions on them. We must not only destroy @AbiyAhmedAli but all groups which have spilled the #Amhara people’s blood. Victory to #Amhara!
Addis Ababa -from capital city to Oromo exclusive zone.
Addis Ababa built over 140 yrs through z labor, taxes, investment & sweat of all Ethiopians. Now,through administrative engineering & manufactured belt cities,OPP turning Addis & metro area into Oromo only exclusive zone.
List the mayors of Addis Ababa since 1991. Not a single Amhara became mayor in a city where nearly 47% of the population identified as Amhara in the census.
