The basic premise of your support staff, @dkhos, is that I selected the wrong location, saw the cost & should pay for it. I did reach out to safety, got no help & then added the right location. @uber made an error. I should get a refund for that portion.

Notice E James is not James. The first one is the wrong address which came up in the app. I had to get to the right address.

I received a support reply that I am not getting a refund for being taken to the wrong stop because of an Uber error. It seems that there is no understanding of the problem. I did not want to be taken to the middle of no where before my hotel. How can I have this escalated?
