Wow @BestBuySupport good to know your “get it by” dates on your website are just made up fake delivery dates to get you to buy and your order won’t actually ship until the store it’s coming from meets a “quota”
@BestBuySupport It’s just crazy to me that your chat support people said that the delivery date given when you order isn’t a “real” date - and I have the transcript that proves he said it
@BestBuySupport Yeah except he ordered it to be delivered today, the label was created Wednesday and it’s still sitting and waiting. He’s just going to go to the local Apple Store and get what he needs since you guys can’t tell him when or if the order will ship
@BestBuySupport It’s my dad’s order, not mine. He just doesn’t have Twitter. And he already talked to your chat support who told him that it’s sitting at a store waiting until the store meets their quota for FedEx to pick up and there’s nothing anyone can do
@PiedmontNG it’s pretty crappy that I called you in February to stop service & start service somewhere else, but your rep only started new service. Now I have a bill for an entire month I wasn’t even in that apartment and you’re like “well, we can’t guarantee you’ll get a credit”
Good to know @bluehost@bluehostsupport will just “vanish” your site without any warning and then also try to blame it on a “failed migration” that was completed successfully in April 2023 and worked just fine until today.
