Victorian State Government: Save the historic Flinders Pier - home of endangered Weedy Sea Dragon - Sign the Petition! https://t.co/scBDTwmkHW via @ChangeAUS
@Zutroy_Jones@kanechrism I only just now realised Pro golf was back, yet still haven't sought to watch any of it ... but I do know the exact time the booking timesheets open at my club! 😉
@GolfAust Hey @GolfAust, an API Gateway such as one provide by @kong will address your security concerns and govern access to data. DM me for details. Now with that issue solved, why not reinstate access to the Handy Cap app and support golfers who fund you.
For fellow golfers using Handy Cap app ... Please sign this petition. @GolfAust - shameful decision in restricting access to handicap data from third party apps, even though you do not have an alternative. Support the members who pay their annual dues. https://t.co/jiIn9YQVYP
.@GolfAust hasn’t been able to work out when the 2020 Aussie Open will be held (even pre-COVID it wasn’t determined) & its constituents are facing a crisis that will gut revenues & send some to the wall, but sure, priority number one is to kill Handy Cap. Feckless.
Winston Churchill said to "Never let a good crisis go to waste", a lesson well learned at @GolfAust. It appears they waited for the right moment to poleaxe the Handy Cap app, just two months after assuring Australian golfers that it would be supported. 😡
C'mon @GolfAust, please don't withhold your handicap data from the Handycap app. It's a fantastic amateur product that so many Aussie golfers rely on for connection & community. Let it live!
@Rod_Morri @AdrianLogue Would love you guys to use your mouthpiece to challenge @GolfAust on why they are forcing this change to the detriment of the golfers who fund them — just two months after they paid lip service to wanting to ensure the app could live.
