I wish to announce to the Biafra people that within the 48hours ultimatum giving to the Local Government Chairman where Kamsi hails from, for the release of Kamsi. I can confirm to the Biafra people that he has been released and he is now safe and with his family. The Local Government Chairman did everything possible to see him released and we appreciate him and everyone who were part of the rescue. We therefore call for calm in the Local Government.
