One week no running, swelling is mostly down, I can press on the area fairly hard before pain.
Physio now suspect bone stress response.
No change in plan, MRI to diagnose, no running for at least 4 weeks.
Good news is I've managed >7 hours sleep for 4 consecutive days.
And my gym sessions have been the best they've been in 2 years
Physio has said to treat it as BSI until he can assess me just incase.
Years ago hearing that would have made me want to die.
But I'm so busy with work I might enjoy the time off.
*Hopefully it's just some random bruise and I can start overtraining soon
@SpencerOwen Nope they cheated, they lose all the titles, they get relegated into the national league north and they pay compensation.
No bargains.
They lose everything.
@Shadowwork6969@ORION_coaching Pretty much everything he mentioned is useless data, there might be some loose correlations with HRV/RHR in certain contexts, but from my experience at a certain level of fitness, you know when not to push it in training before you see a number.
I'm out of the good stuff @SteKairos. Ordered some more. If you can get it for me by this afternoon for the road relays and tomorrow's long run please. I think 3 hours from order till delivery is fair
@henrywinter 50pts is no where near enough, it should be a complete liquidation job, don't need to relegate them, just end the club entirely.
Asterisks the titles. Allow clubs who lost out financially to go after city's owners
