Tax the home at time of purchase but not every year to live in it. Especially at some random value some guy is putting on it.

@HunterEevee @StephaneLa45018 @DFrankcom In Florida the server makes the lower tipped employee minimum wage plus tips. If for whatever reason that doesn't equal the higher non-tipped minimum wage the employer has to pay them the diffence to get them to the higher minimum wage.
