@DGBassani I wouldn't over interpret secondary
endpoints which are exploratory, especially without some form hierarchical testing rules. High likelihood of chance findings without any pre-specified order.
@DGBassani I think they could have sized for superiority on absences and NI for symptomatic PCR+. Definitely need more conservative margin (maybe < 20% increase). Looks like they would have just about made that anyways. Not sure what to make of secondary endpoints as exploratory anyways
@dgurdasani1 Good thread. NI margin is dubious but data is interesting on the prim outcomes as point estimates < 1 and UCL well below the margin. Would be good to see a per protocol analysis if directionally consistent. Wouldn't over interpret the secondary outcomes as exploratory anyways.

@BritishGasHelp , No heating and no hot water this morning. Rang our homecare number and earliest appointment offered was March 3rd!! Sorry not acceptable given homecare service being paid for, especially with two young kids in freezing temps.
@BritishGasHelp Hi Sharon, I haven't been able to reach someone at British Gas over phone to discuss so I am having to schedule an alternative local engineer to come out tomorrow night as we won't be able to wait until March 3rd.
