So disappointed with @AngaraUK my partner proposed to me, we sent the ring to be resized and they sent back a different ring. We sent this bank and It's now been over 4 weeks of chasing for them to finally admit they've lost the original ring. So now waiting on a replacement :(
It's now 10 DAYS and STILL @HPSupport have done nothing to assist. Trapped by a Continuous Payment Authority I can't amend, they continue to take money from the wrong credit card that I have to pay my bank to keep open just for @HPUK against my wishes.

@coopuklegal you are causing my elderly, vulnerable mother stress and anxiety and she requires is an explanation to a letter you sent! We have tried to get you to contact us several times. This is a time sensitive matter! Someone needs to contact her
@coopuklegal I have sent you the information. We are on day 4 from raising a complaint with no acknowledgement. This breaches your T&C's that state you will contact within 3 days. This is potentially financially disadvantaging my mother and I will take this further. @Legal_Ombudsman

@asda I have just given back some substitutes for a home delivery that came to exactly 7.50, but I have received an email saying I'm being refunded 5.19? Why?

@DFS has said they have delivered a sofa as promised. Only trouble is, they delivered it 20 miles away from the address it should have gone to? Lucky for that person, free sofa? Incompetence is an understatement!!

Disgusting @DFS. Sofa supposed to be arriving Friday, drop no:13. Never arrived! They apologized and said they will rebook for today. Update states they have delivered the sofa BUT SISTER STILL SAT ON THE FLOOR! Now the updates have disappeared again. What is going on?
Every day I get a little more disheartened. Is this your intention? Ignoring customers until they give up? Why have these resolution services when they cannot do anything for you. @avroenergy you should be ashamed. @ofgem what do you actually do? @OmbudServices enough is enough?
