@astronaia I didn't even take the summer break, just took like two weeks off to move and got started. I generally need the structure and schedule, so it worked for me. Although 6 years later, I just finished and generally yes I'm burnt tf out. But that's more pandemic related

@wormmaps@viralemergence Then you really wouldn't like working with bacteriophages; so many hypothetical proteins sometimes it feels like just a hypothetical genome
@JeremyJBarr I'm surprised they didn't mention dilution series for plaque assays. You dilute to very low titres, mix, and then they may sit for variable amounts of time in the tube. Makes me like qPCR for phage titre even more!
