@PCLaptops please stop ignoring me. You have my laptop and won’t service it under warranty. Have a decision maker (mid/upper management) call me, my info is in your system. If I don’t hear from someone by this Friday, I plan to file a complaint with the state of Utah.

@PCLaptops @PCLaptops still hasnt reached out. Jake from Ogden store was supposed to pass the message on 1/3 to superiors. Why wont you call me to discuss my laptop warranty repair? This after it took 5 trips to 2 stores to even diagnose the issue, since before thanksgiving. Call me please.
