Had such a great time presenting my work at the @OISB_IBSO-@NRC_CNRC Trainee Research Day! Huge thank you to the organizers for this fantastic opportunity. And of course a big thank you to my supervisor @MireilleKhacho and all members of the @KhachoLab!
Excited to share our latest work out now in print @Nature! Lead by @almudena_Chaves and @ScottMillman_MD, we uncover how metabolic rewiring via OGDH controls tissue regeneration and stem cell fate in the intestine 🚀🚨 https://t.co/xS1QajleeQ
🎉 Congratulations to @liv_sommers for successfully defending her Master’s Thesis in Biochemistry on April 11, 2025! You did a fantastic job and we’re all so proud of you! 🔬🧠👏

congrats to @bensahralab!!! whoa!
Happy to share our new work showing the importance of OPA1 and mitochondrial remodelling at the onset of muscle differentiation. OPA1, together with SCAF1, mediate the metabolic switch that is essential for differentiation.

Had an amazing time presenting my work @CSMB2023 in the metabolomics section today! Such great presentations so far! Thank you @CSMB_SCBM for the opportunity and to my supervisor @MireilleKhacho for her support!
Had such an amazing time presenting my work at the @uOttawaBMRI Stem Cell Research Day! Thank you to my supervisor @MireilleKhacho and all members of the @KhachoLab for making this possible!
Wood frogs use freeze tolerance to survive subzero temps. Wade et al. found that despite stable levels of mRNA methylation during freezing and anoxia, abundance of m6A methyltransferases increased. So m6A methylation might coordinate freeze-thaw cycles

@redaetd@BMIGSA@uOttawa@jillscott68 This is honestly so frustrating. While I don’t often go to the caf for food, it’s nice to know the option is there. I’m not sure what the point of opening Elements was if it’s just going to be closed for 1/3rd of the year.
