That 3 times I've had to chase them up, should I charge them £20 a time to cover "my costs" of doing their job for them like they are trying to charge everyone else.

@sc_bho Only looks better as in it was set to go to £3500 on 1st October and they were predicting £5000 in January which is disgusting. But now it won't go any higher than £2500 for the next 2 years. So it's definitely better than planned.
