@JetBlue because of unreliable seat back entertainment units, I booked 3 RT flights (1 international, 2 domestic) on other airlines for our family. I miss the reliability of JetBlue and was loyal for many years. Even attended launch party for cobranded Amex credit card in 2005.
@JetBlue cross country red eye fight without television and two small children. Flippantly told it’s an older plane and nothing can be done. I didn’t pay a differentiated price to fly an older plane.
@AmericanAir policies regarding mileage expiration should be reconsidered for families with young children who were not able to get Covid vaccinations. #americanairlines should be embarrassed!
@ChipotleTweets continue to be disappointed in the location at 2 Cambridge Center. Small portions, crunchy/stale rice, and unfriendly. Many customers are intimidated by the employees and feel like they’re an interruption to the staff’s day.
@Delta unacceptable customer service. On hold for 90+ minutes only to be connected to a completely inept rep who transferred me to an “internal reservations support line and not for customers”. Then I was disconnected. Please help. 😢
