I don't know how this reading is defensible. It would make other positions like "The Pope is that Antichrist...", etc... also outside the bounds of the PCA WCF if the logic is followed consistently.
@AndrewTWalker Counterpoint, Roman Catholics are, as a disposition, suspicious towards technology. Protestants have embraced, sometimes uncritically, technological advancements.
